Rental Qualification Requirements
(For tenants)

1. Must bring 3x the rental amount in monthly income.
   
   
2. $40 application fee per adult.
   
   
3. Credit check, eviction, background checks will be done by a 3rd party.
   
   
4. Proof of income, verification of employment, 2 paystubs and prior rental history.
   
   
5. Deposits are:
   -First month's rent 
   -Security deposit 
   -pet deposit(non-refundable)
   
   
6. If approved:
   Lease will be drawn up, signed and require security deposit to hold the property.
   
   
7. Other deposit will be collected before move in date.
